Inter-House Charity Fashion Show and Music

Queen Mary’s Riders Qualify for NSEA Finals and Royal Windsor Horse Show
The equestrian teams from Queen Mary’s have put Yorkshire on the map again as they have qualified for the National Schools Equestrian Association Championship Finals in several classes and the Senior Team have qualified for the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

Internationally recognised folk group, The Young’uns, inspires Queen Mary’s girls from Years 4 – 11 with three Drama workshops exploring British values using songs and stories of the past and the present.

Art with a Difference!
A group of Queen Mary’s Art Scholars joined artists from across the district to create artwork illuminating Ripon Cathedrral with 7,000 candles for Candlemas, the most spectacular service of the year.

Phonics, Minibeasts and Forest School
Our Early Years and Reception pupils have been busy learning all about minibeasts, identifying them, creating hand print hedgehogs, learning about the symmetry of butterflies, the ‘ll’ phoneme and building a forest enclosure.
