Riding at Queen Mary’s

The British Horse Society, Commended, Queen Mary’s Equestrian Centre has an excellent reputation being one of the top Riding schools in the country.

At the NSEA Championships we continually secure excellent placings in many classes and in 2018 secured ‘Top English School’ in the 80cm Show Jumping and 80cm Jumping With Style and were NSEA 90cm Show Jumping Champions in 2016. Other recent achievements include qualification for the Royal Windsor Horse Show and one of our girls represents Great Britain.

Whether your dream is to represent Great Britain or to ride for fun, Queen Mary’s provides excellent tuition for all ages, the opportunity to be part of teams and provides the support needed to balance academic studies with an active calendar of equestrian opportunities.

Queen Mary’s girls represent Great Britain and our teams are successful at NSEA Finals.

Poppy's Story

Poppy is one of our Riding Scholars.

"I have been riding for as long as I can remember and being awarded a Riding Scholarship has given me even more opportunities to excel. I’ve attended the NSEA Championships several times and am now currently in the process of trying to qualify for the British Show Jumping Finals.

The riding staff here are all extremely supportive and really try to help the pupils achieve their riding goals.

The Equestrian Centre at Queen Mary’s is a great place to improve both your riding and stable management skills. There’s also a fantastic arena and lots of stables where you can keep your own horse, or ride one of the school’s ponies."
